FULL REPRESENTATION

For protection order cases (domestic violence, anti-harassment, etc) we offer full representation (in addition to pro se assistance). This is the traditional attorney-client relationship, where the attorney handles all aspects of the entire case, including but not limited to:

• communication with the court and opposing party / counsel;

• preparation of all written materials; and

• representation at protection order hearing.
